The state and federal branches of the US government have supported and endorsed the genocide against innocent Palestinians, and they are actively committing war crimes through the arming of Israel, supplying Israel with intelligence, and funding further military operations against Palestinians.
The US government is abusing power beyond what is decreed in the Constitution. They are overstepping their role and removing rights of their constituents to maintain power. We the people have lost our voice and importance to our elected officials. This must change. If this is not addressed, more and more rights will be lost.
We need a clean slate. They all must go.
Each citizen of the US is expected to follow the law and we are held accountable. The US officials are not held to this same standard though. How do our elected officials have any legitimacy when they have broken federal and international laws, endorsed genocide, used taxpayers money to fund further war and war crimes? These officials then have this expectation of the citizenry to follow the law when they have not. The US elected officials have broken both federal law, the Leahy Act, and numerous articles in the Geneva Convention. These officials expect citizens to follow the law, but they are exempt? They refuse to listen to the majority of voters who do not support funding Israel and want an immediate ceasefire. So, on top of expecting citizens to comply, they will not listen to their constituents. The citizens needs do not matter. The citizens voice does not matter. All that matters to our elected representatives is that we comply with everything and be silent even if you disagree.
How is this a democracy? How are we represented? How are we heard?
We need a clean slate. They all must go.
If there were true justice, they would all be imprisoned in The Hague. Just as if you or I committed mass murder, war crimes, genocide, and horrific atrocities, we would face prison and rightly so.
Equality in rights extends to justice, too. Everyone should face trial if they have committed a crime, but not everyone does because the justice system is imbalanced. Power, race, gender, and money can affect justice but those should never have power in a balanced and equal justice system.
Our entire government is imbalanced and it continues to tip towards control, silencing dissent, and loss of citizen power.
We the people should have the power. We the people should have the say. The people in office have proven they do not want to listen to constituents or represent their constituents. You do have a voice and it matters. It should matter to elected officials and be represented.
We need a clean slate. They all must go.
Greater action is needed from everyone. We have to work together to protect human rights. If we fight for it, we can overturn this broken system and balance the power back toward the people where it was always meant to be.
There is hope if we take action together. We could bring peace to the world. We could make this world truly free. We the people!
