El Fasher is under attack by the RSF displacing thousands

Sudan desperately needs world leaders and international aid organizations and institutions to come together and demand an arms embargo and heavy sanctions on the RSF and SAF, as well as their arms suppliers, to end the war that has been going on for over a year. This war would end if countries united for the innocent Sudanese that are caught in this war between an outside entity, the UAE which funds and arms the RSF, and the SAF which has also committed war crimes against their own citizens. If neither warring party had access to arms and funds, this war would dissolve instantly but world leaders are doing little to protect the innocent Sudanese that are dying from violence and famine.

Below are several stories about the current conditions in Sudan. Please share and inform the people in your life about the war in Sudan and how they can help.

Reuters: Tens of thousands flee as paramilitaries attack Sudan’s al-Fashir, activists say

Many Sudanese sought safety in El Fasher and now they are forced to flee the city as the RSF is continually attacking El Fasher. There is no where they can go because supplies is dwindling throughout many major cities in Sudan and other countries are faced with a deadly dip in humanitarian funding which is exacerbating this humanitarian crisis. The Abu Shouk camp that had over 100,000 displaced seeking shelter was purposefully bombed by the RSF. The one hospital that is functioning is running out of medicine and can only last until next week. When asked about the violence, the RSF has not offered a comment for the destruction and death they are causing in El Fasher but world leaders are not applying any pressure from this new wave of attacks.

The Guardian: It’s an open secret: the UAE is fueling Sudan’s war- there will be no peace until we call it out

Exactly. This article calls out US and UK officials from addressing the UAE’s role in Sudan’s war and they should be called out. The UAE wants Sudan for gold and other resources, and for access to ports in the country. There has been a history between the RSF and the UAE before this war erupted and the ties between the two are deep.

BBC: World ignoring risk of Sudan genocide- UN expert

It is not a risk of a genocide, the genocide is occurring in Sudan and to not call this what it is, is amoral. World leaders are ignoring the thousands who have died and the millions of Sudanese that are dying of famine. Why can they not sanction all members of the RSF and SAF and place an arms embargo on both parties? There is a solution, but there is also a reason world leaders are not taking action and it is because they need the UAE for their plans in the Middle East. There have been over 700 innocent Sudanese that have died in just 10 days. This genocide needs to end.

Demand sanctions and embargoes on the RSF, SAF, UAE, and all countries that supply arms to the RSF and SAF (Egypt, Iran, and Russia).

May the whole world be free.
